I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Marketing from
the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. I have resided in Ocean
City with my wife Dana since 1989 and our two children, Justin Cornell, 16 and Carly Elizabeth, 15.
Before coming to Hager Real Estate (now Prudential, Fox & Roach) in 1989, I was Technical Sales
Manager for Teleflex, Inc, Marine Division, a multi-million dollar
corporation. The majority of my time was spent helping consumers,
dealers, and distributors nationwide use and maintain a very technical
product line.
I will commit myself to help make your Real Estate purchase a very

Personally, I obtained the NJAR Bronze Award in 90'-91' and have
been awarded the NJAR Silver Award from 92'-96'. I obtained the
NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club Gold Award in 97'-02'. I acheived the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club Platinum Award in
2003-04. I was awarded the Chairman's Circle Diamond Award in 2003-05 for having over $25 million
dollars in sales and listings. I have been a top sales producer for past 16 years. Also, I employ
a Personal Assistant, Amy Konick, which allows me to spend more
quality time helping clients find their dream homes.
